MAINTENANCE
Our team will ensure your property is well maintained through regular maintenance checks along with preventative maintenance suggestions for repairs.

Our team will negotiate, engage and advise on the services of contractors & service providers.

Our maintenance checks include:
Regular on site visits
Cleaning of common areas, as required
General grounds maintenance, including parking areas
Snow removal & salting (add on)
Fire alarm, smoke/CO2 detector, fire extinguisher testing
Pest control, as required

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
On behalf of the owner, our team will overlook and ensure the protection and safety of your property.
This will include the management of:​
Locks & Lockboxes
Keys, Door codes, and Key Fobs
Alarm & Surveillance Systems
RENT ADMINISTRATION & COLLECTION
To make your life easier, we will collect rent from your tenants on a monthly basis through our website. Tenants will create an account with us, and they will be sent monthly invoices where they can pay through an EFT to our business account made securely through Paypal.
MONTHLY REPORTING TO THE OWNER
Our team will provide you with detailed monthly reports consisting of revenues, paid expenses, and unpaid tenant payments. We will also provide you with a breakdown of any costs associated with MAC Property Management.
TENANT COMMUNICATION SERVICES
We believe that homeowners should not have to bare the stress to be in communication with tenants. Our team will take over that priority by being available to your tenants on an as-needed basis.
LEASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
PROMOTION OF PROPERTY
Our team will enhance your property by using various promotional tools we have at hand. We believe having strong promotional efforts is key to finding the right tenants for you!

We will expand your promotional horizon by:
Developing and maintaining current professional websites
Advertising your houses and available rooms on our own website as well as social media platforms
Creating a photo gallery of available rooms and common spaces which will be shared on websites and social media
TENANT MOVE IN & OUT SERVICES
Our team will oversee the entire tenant change process!

This will include:
Inspection before move-in day, and at the end of occupancy
Ensure the rented space is clean in a cost-efficient but quality manner before the tenant moves in
Make sure that any repairs that are needed to be done are completed on time, and cost-efficiently
LEASE ADMINISTRATION
MAC Property Management Group will take care of everything pertaining to lease agreements.

This will contain:
Generating personalized leases for each tenant
Ensure lease is signed before access to the house is given
Make sure all requirements set out by the landlord is met
TAX RECEIPTS
At the end of the year, our team will generate the rent receipts for tenants. This will be a personalized receipt for each tenant stating exactly what they paid in rent for the year. This is required by tenants for the use of tax purposes.
